Dr. Jay McGregor and the Staff are kind and considerate. We are never rushed in and out. Dr. Jay will take care of you and when needed , he will send you to a Specialist so they can help you. We appreciate the care we have received by Dr. Jay and his Staff.
Does anyone else have problems with getting their prescription refill requests done with these people or is it just me? I get the runaround every time I try to get one done and all I get is "it's the pharmacy's fault" The funny thing is I didn't have this problem until I started using this clinic. Update! It's not this clinic. The staff is wonderful! Very kind and caring.
The staff are always friendly . Dr. Jay, listen and talk until he knows the problem. If not, he doesn't play guessing games, never rushes, and doesn't mind touching his patients like some other doctors . The best doctor in Greensburg that I have seen (My Opinion).
Dr J and his staff are top notch and so down to earth need more people like them in this world.
