Really rude experience this morning just trying to ask questions about my prescription. It’s a good thing they’re not the only pharmacy in town.

Really love this place as a pharmacy. Great small town family owned feel. Everything worker I've talked to has been. Super nice, helpful, and respectful.

I am leaving this review because of my personal experience with a man I spoke with today. I called to inquire about one of our patients controlled prescription for dental anxiety that wasn't filled and I was asking for the reason of denial. He asked who the prescribing doctor was and I mentioned it. He then proceeded to say we had an incorrect NPI and DEA that's why they didn't fill it and proceeded to hung up the phone without warning. He is absolutely rude and not helpful. I wish I asked for his name but he didn't want to provide it because he is apparently leaving - not sure if he means it's his last day or just leaving for the day but I just spoke with him at 11:45am. His behavior is absolutely unacceptable!

I visited the smoothie counter, and couldn't have had a better experience. The smoothies were delicious, and the people working behind the counter couldn't have been nicer. The whole store has a lovely old-fashioned vibe, but the products being sold are up-to-date, and include items that you can't find in a typical CVS-type drugstore. I plan on going back the next time I'm in the area.
