Greenfield Pharmacy

At first i was excited to ger a pharmacy here in Greenfield but that was soon spoiled. Forget that the pharmacy is very small and doesn't really carry much products in the shelves. The staff is rude. They never have what you need when you need it. More than once I got medication when i no longer needed them. Save your self the hassle and just drive down to CVS in Soledad.

I started coming here after rite aid shut down, but my experience has been very disappointing. They don’t even sell as much stuff as like a normal pharmacy. Its just a sad little place. The service here is BAD. There are constant delays in getting prescriptions ready. One time, I was told my medication wasn't ready yet, even though they are just lazy enough to find it on the rack. They also look like they get mad once you ask for the prescriptions. I will be taking my damn business to CVS instead of this damn place. I highly. HIGHLY HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.👎

Great customer service. The pharmacist was very informative regarding my prescriptions. He expressed concern about a specific prescription, and explained the possible negative effects to watch for. I will be a returning customer. Thank you!

Witnessed him making everyone EXCEPT the technicians make calls when the technicians are the ones who are supposed to do that and only THEY know what they are supposed to say & not say😡 I will definitely look into reporting them.

At first they were nice of course to get your business then you find out they only want to give you a month Supply they also keep horrible records make you out to look like a liar when I talk to their supervisor in length about what I wanted he said that he would do that and make a record of it it was like I wasted my time they are closed on weekends and holidays what pharmacy does that I miss Rite Aid already this Pharmacy has only been opened since February of this year I really had high hopes for this Pharmacy very disappointed now I will get my medications at CVS in Soledad
