DO NOT LET YOUR LOVED ONE ANYWHERE NEAR THIS PLACE! My sister was in this place earlier this year. After reading these reviews I decided to write one of my own. I agree with every negative review written here and wonder if the positive reviews are real since none of the people I met while she was there would agree with this. The care was horrible. Most but not all of the caregivers and staff were horrible and treated the patients terribly. One of the worst things was that management was more interested in covering for the horrible employees than they were about giving proper care and RESPECT to the patients and their families. On 6/10/2025, my husband and I took my mother-in-law out of that place. I was so disgusted at the care that she was receiving, better yet not receiving, that it was all I could do not report them to the Health Board. That in itself may come later. We went twice to management with complaints about the nursing staff and was told both times that they would look into it for us, because they do not allow that sort of care in there. That was only to back us off of them. Our mother is 90 years old, basically independent, was still driving, doing for herself. So one, can only imagine how hard it was for her to have to ask for help to go to the bathroom or brush her teeth or just get something to drink. I have a relative who is a long term resident confined to bed. The facility is not well kept or cleaned. The food smells awful, no paper towels in the dispenser, toilet paper at a minimum, sheets not changed when needed. On one of my recent visits I noticed her sheet and pillow case needed to be changed. I spoke with staff her assigned CNA is responsible. I was there over an hour no CNA. I suggested I can change her linen just let know where they are. No clean sheets to be had. My relative is neglected various times. Not cleaning and changing the gauze and cleaning the open wound on her thigh. On occasion she herself will call 911 when she is in distress. During my stay here my care was good. The rehab staff is the best. They got me back to my normal daily activities and now I'm able to discharge back home and my puppy 🐶. Thanks to all the satff

Place smells like death and good luck getting a refund of unspent funds back! We paid $7000 dollars upfront for my father to be admitted, he made it one day at this facility. Coming up on 3 months and we still have not received a refund. I have called everyone I can there and get the same answer of “let me look into it and call you back” except no one will call you back! I’m assuming they are holding onto the fund to accrue some interest?? Not an honest place for mom or dad!!!
