I have been a patient since the mid to late 80s and Dr. Ethridge has always been a pleasant person. The business has grown tremendously and the service remains outstanding. I will continue to recommend Greenbrier Dential to family and friends.

I was proudly recommended to this office by a trusted patient of theirs, and they delivered with friendliness and excellence. The staff went the extra mile to get the preauthorization from my insurance company. I was anticipating paying out of pocket $381 and I only had to pay $9 when the service was complete. I needed a good cleaning and exam after having my braces removed and the staff was gentle, thorough, and made sure I was included in the process and understood what was happening. I felt calm and comfortable the entire time. This office is out of network for my insurance and I’m completely okay with that because quality care and great customer service makes it a million dollar experience and this office is absolutely worth it. Super Special Thanks to Dr. Balino for the Extra Special Care that she & Marjorie ( her assistant ) showed me throughout my entire process and procedure. Their patience and professionalism was surely "tried" and yet they both went above and beyond in caring for me both during and after my appointment. Dr. Balino even took the time to call and check on me as she was leaving @ the end of a long day. Marjorie saw to it I had everything I would need for my aftercare @ home as well. Very detailed and professional young lady. She's super fortunate to be learning under Dr. Balino and the entire staff @ Greenbrier Dental. 😊

I called hoping to become a new patient and was lucky enough to get an appointment the very next day. I was seen exactly at my scheduled time, not a minute late. Everyone I interacted with was amazing and incredibly friendly. The staff did a great job explaining the health of my teeth while making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit.

My cleaning was wonderful (go figure) Never in my lifetime had I ever referred to a visit to the dentist as wonderful. And Doan is special ,.
