Greenbriar Pharmacy and Compounding

I’ve been using Greenbriar for a couple of years, and always have been happy. My retina surgeon called in a refill for drops that I was out of…. I watched him place the order. I called GB to make sure that I could get the script today. Then I get a text message from GB saying my insurance won’t cover it. (I don’t care, I need it). When I went to pickup, I asked if I couldn’t just pay for it…. The lady was hard for me to understand , but NO was understandable. If the doctor orders it, and I have money, why do I have to have insurance approval ? It’s new years…. It will be days to get the doctors office to send to another pharmacy. In the meantime, my retinal condition is getting worse. I know that I’m going to go blind, but I really didn’t want to speed up the process….

Great small town pharmacy with big city service! Helped me keep a hard to find brand for my script in stock! Before Greenbriar, I had to search high and low for a brand I HAVE to use! They accommodated me 100%! Great team here and can’t recommend high enough!

Been using this Pharmacy for 5 years now and they have always been great at getting my prescriptions on time and helping with any instructions for use. The staff has also been so sweet! We just had a baby recently and they gave us a baby medication kit.

My first vist to Greenbriar Pharmacy today and my experience was fantastic! I opted to go inside since this was my first time in. The store was clean, staff was very friendly and professional. Even with a customer ahead of me my wait was minimal compared to other pharmacies I have went to. I was in and out so fast i didnt think to get the names of the staff but, I would like to Thank all the staff at Greenbriar for making my first visit so pleasant. Robert and his staff are the most genuine people. The definition of small town business and i love it. They helped me by opening the drive through when they absolutely did not have to. Got stuck late at work on a saturday and missed closing by 30 minutes and they still helped me. Thank you guys so so much. You have earned my business for life!
