Greenbrae Dental Center

I recently went in for a general cleaning. The dentist who recently purchased this practice. I went in for a simple cleaning and I opted not to have an x-ray done. When I was seen by the dentist, I was not made to feel at ease or comfortable…my impression was that I was not going to be able to get a simple cleaning and that their objective was to aggressively look to bill for whatever they could. While I was in the office, I overheard the dentist ask what seemed like an elderly patient to solicit her children for money to pay for her dental care. My initial reaction was to run from this dentist’s office, which is what I did.

Avoid this place. They just want your money. They lied to me about how many cavities I had (I actually had 2 and they told me they were 7). I was specific about what I wanted to get done which was a cleaning and so they took x-rays and after that the Dr. literally told me “I can’t do the cleaning because I have to be home by 5” it was 4PM!!!! Horrible service. DO NOT GO HERE LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS, I SHOULD HAVE DONE THAT.

The entire office staff was wonderful! The dentist has a great bedside manner, took her time and explained everything to me. I never felt rushed one time. I moved here, took a chance on a new dentist and couldn’t have had a better experience! Highly recommend and couldn’t have been happier at any other office.

The best dental experience I’ve ever had! The staff & my dentist went above and beyond to get my squeezed in for additional treatments after my cleaning. They are so sweet and understanding and honestly just make you feel right at home. Highly recommend if you are in the Marin / Greenbrae area.

My dentist experience with Dr Kim deserves five stars. Going to the dentist is something I dread but I have to say it was the most pleasant dental experience I can ever remember. He is very gentle and checked with me frequently to make sure I was fine. There isn’t a long wait to get an appointment. The office also seemed very safe during these Covid times.
