Scott Lawson is a phenomenal oral surgeon and an over all great guy! My first consultation for wisdom tooth removal he came in with excitement and determination. His knowledge really set my mind at ease. And he was able to get all 4 wisdom teeth out the morning after thanksgiving. Not only that but he was able to squeeze me in on a busy day weeks after surgery to check on my recovery and remove a small piece of food I couldn’t get myself. I can’t express my gratitude enough for him and his highly skilled team. For those who complain about a wait time… just remember things aren’t always set in stone. What a TRAUMATIZING experience! My 17yr old son is autistic and has his braces serviced at this location. They require payment before scheduling. Paid $500 and scheduled an appt because my son has a fallen bracket. I work in surgical oncology and take care of my 79yr old Mom with Alzheimer's. Today was the 3rd time we show for my son's appointment (after paying) and we are turned away due to a "scheduling error". Today I asked to speak to the Doctor to explain how difficult it is for us to make it to these appointments and ask how we can ensure that we don't keep getting scheduled and then turned away upon arrival after we've already paid. The Walmart of dentist. Unless you just have to come here, don’t! Run far away. Just not a good Denist location or company. If your appointment is @11 you will be seen at 11:45 😂.. ride and no customer service. They just tell you what you want to hear. No integrity.

I am sad to have to write this review after 5 years of going to this office. I knew Greenberg had a bad reputation, but I would always defend them. No more! I broke a tooth (crown) and needed it replaced. I went in for a treatment plan, accepted it and scheduled the appointment. At the appointment the hygienist went over the treatment, had me sign,and go to the front desk to pay. Paper bib is on - we're ready to go. NO! hygienist comes back and says it's $160 more. What?? How? I had a treatment plan. Work had not started so there were no unexpected costs. They said it was in the fine print and the dentist decided I should pay more. This is with 2 insurances. I should have asked to speak to him - but this is just bad business. If they made a mistake they should have "eaten it"
