Overall I have been going here for at least 4-5 years and I can say that the dental hygienist currently there is the best. She is attentive and helpful. The front office has also improved with wait time to make appointments over the phone as they are becoming much more efficient. The check out experience has also improved. Overall I would recommend. This office isn’t flashy , doesn’t have the bells and whistle look but gets the job done. I have also had braces completed at this place and while the orthodontist care switched a few times , the last one was also better than previous. This eludes to me that they have either improved their vetting process or made different negotiations , but patients are benefiting from continuity of care at this time. Oof — horrible experience. DONT GO. They treat you like cattle here, shuffling you in and out of rooms as fast as possible, to the point where you feel like you’re in their way. Everyone is literally running around everywhere, and after the X-rays they rush in to tell me I “need” a deep cleaning, which of course is an additional $300 ($150 per side, and it can only be split into two sides). From there it turns into peer pressure, high school style. They start rushing and bullying you, shoving the pen in your face to sign because they need to get to the next patient. It’s done in such an intimidating way that you feel like you don’t really have a choice — there’s no time to ask questions or get any real explanation. Worse possible “person” at reception. Drive over 30 miles after speaking with someone in December. I get there and the receptionist insists that I needed a referral. When I told her no one said anything about that, she doubled down and said I needed a referral. No apology. No accountability. When I went back in to ask for the manager’s name, she once again brings up that I needed a referral. I have never experienced a person who hates others so much that she cannot handle a public-facing job. Sad and pathetic. And, yes, after her telling me in so many words it was my fault for not knowing I needed a referral, I used inappropriate language as I left. However, this person was acting like the term I used.

⚠️ Never go to this place! They are completely unorganized and have zero respect for their patients’ time. I scheduled my appointment a week in advance, thinking everything was set for my routine 6-month cleaning. I even came early with my husband for his appointment, hoping they might see me sooner. The receptionist who refused to give her name, the lady with a tattoo on her chest was extremely rude and unprofessional. She acts like she owns the company with the way she talks to people. She clearly doesn’t care about customer service or how she treats patients. When I arrived, she told me my 10 AM appointment wasn’t valid for deep cleaning and that I could “just leave.” She even claimed she had called me to cancel, but when I showed her my call logs, there were no missed calls at all. My 3 year old broke her tooth and they worked with me quickly and politely to get everything handled. The two different dental assistants were very sweet with my daughter. My only complaint was I wanted to get myself scheduled for some work and was told they don’t accept MCNA Medicaid for adults even though they pop up for it under my coverage. :(
