At Lake Nona Family Dentistry, I had a horrible experience, and even after two months I am still suffering from the multiple mistakes and the lack of professionalism. I arrived at Greenberg S. Semoran desperate and in pain, looking for help and an explanation for my problem. At Greenberg S. Semoran, they received me with professionalism, empathy, and respect. Dr. Arianna Borges Rodríguez has helped me with my problem and, without knowing it, has been an emotional relief for me. She is an angel. The Dr was very cold and only cared about how much money he could get from me, I left there in the same discomfort That I walked in with, I didn't understand his extra out of pocket charge since my insurance pays100% for what I needed. If your in need of a dentist don't go to this office find a Dr who cares about you and not his pocket.

I've been going there for months. The staff are friendly. My situation required me to wear permanent crowns. I am satisfied and have more confident with my smile now. Dr. Alex Parra and Nelly were very patient with me throughout the process. They explained every detail to me. Kudos to you guys, you're doing a great job.

Very courteous and professional office, from the receptionists to the providers! Everyone in the office was wonderful! And when you call to make an appointment, they answer the phones and offer assistance without making you feel rushed. They seem to pay close attention to details, making sure you understand and are comfortable with all the information they provide you. Every person that took care of me that day, took pride in their job and performed it well!! I never felt like I was being rushed through like cattle!! Great job!!! I appreciate your hard work and obvious good management!
