Unprofessional!bad customer service! Drove 30 minutes to my 12:30pm appointment with my three children. Showed up on time, and was told by supervisor I will have to wait (2 hours) because three assistants called out today is unacceptable….. I could have gotten a phone call before my appointment time to be informed about this or offered rescheduling options..The worst part,she showed no empathy at all. Yet, this is a pediatric dentistry? Time to look for another dentist.

Very disappointing experience. The staff was rude and unprofessional from the moment we arrived. Customer service was honestly appalling. The woman at the front desk with glasses was extremely rude and dismissive. I was there with my kids and ended up walking out because of how we were treated. This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a dental office. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially families.

The only dentist that takes kids medicaid and they're SLOW. We've been waiting here an hour and a half watching everyone go ahead of us when he had an appointment. The front desk women are absolutely disgusting, they are rude and they aren't informative at all.

Lost insurance due to medial and child’s father would not pay as required by court office refused to remove braces even knowing the situation unless I paid 400.00 said they basically didn’t care and that the braces could stay on her teeth as long as she brushed her teeth it wouldn’t effect them. How is this legal or ethical. Already paid for over half the cost of the braces so they are not losing any money all about money no care or concern about patient. Dont go here u will regret it!!!!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! They have zero bedside manner, have no experience with children or people with high anxiety, and everyone is rude! Do NOT go here and definitely do not bring your young kids here. They denied my surgery because I got anxious due to the tech hurting me, I told her that I have joint pain and could not twist my arm the way she was forcing it. SHE STILL DID IT!! And then when my heart rate increased due to the pain, they denied my surgery and referred me to a different hospital. DO NOT SUPPORT THEM, DO NOT GO HERE, AND DO NOT GIVE THEN YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!! These people got their degrees from a cracker jack box!
