This is my second review because I gave them a second chance. Had root canal that was never finished with a crown. Tried to get appointments to complete this because I am in pain. Tried to get Amoxicillin to fight the infection, twice. Then 2 weeks ago, I went into the office. I asked how much I had left in insurance monies and could we get this taken care of by the end of the year. I was first told that I didn't have my root canal done at the Leesburg office, which I did. Then I was told that they would put in the order with my insurance company. Still waiting for an answer. I will now be going by there to take my dental records with me to someone else. I've never had a Dentist(s) so uninterested in keeping their patients.

I had a Great experience at this office. The staff was very professional and the dental professionals did an outstanding job with my teeth cleaning and X-rays. A shout out to Katia, Magda, Juli, and Dr. Derrick Rizziello for your professionalism.

Had to take my 6 year old for an emergency appointment. The staff was very patient and loving with my little guy and made him feel special and at ease. Cannot recommend them enough. Also had some issues with our insurance that the front desk was very helpful in helping me correct.

I've had so much difficulty scheduling with this company for past year. Follow through is minimal. Most recently, I called the emergency number two days in a row for a root canal that never got scheduled for a crown, because I couldn't get a response and gave up. You guessed it...no call back from emergency. Time for a new place.

I had an 8:30 appointment. I arrived at 8:15. Hygienist was not there yet with 2 people ahead of me. They said I could come back at about 9:30 if I wanted to. No consideration about the amount of time I had to take off work. The hygienist was very rude on past appointments. This happened with every appointment in the past 3 years. At least an hour or more wait. This is the only dental office my insurance is accepted. I am finding a different dentist.
