Dream. Doherty is extremely kind and has a wonderful bedside manner. She treats me like a human being and shows compassion. She makes me feel at ease and I truly appreciate her. Her team and Sky are always a pleasure to work with. Im not great with taking care of my teeth due to costs but they don't make you feel bad about it and understand. Its compassion and care and they have it. Thank you Deland Team for making me feel safe and happy.

I can’t believe the level of unprofessionalism that exists at the front desk. There were five people on their phones doing nothing. After my cleaning, I asked to schedule my next cleaning in six months. I was told I needed to wait two months to call them to schedule my appointment for four months out. She said “our responsible patients have no problem calling us in two months to schedule their next appointment”. I don’t see how I was being irresponsible for trying to schedule my appointment in advance. Even my daughters said they need to hire new employees. I contacted my insurance to find another provider. Don’t waste your time unless you like staff treating you like garbage.

Greenberg is a dental factory designed to maximize their profit without any concern for their patients. They were 28 minutes late seeing me for my morning appt - no apologies, they simply do not care. Staff and dental hygienist were blatantly rude. I saw the dentist for exactly 6minutes - for which they charged $120. No cleaning with that visit, I have to come back under a different appointment for that. Equipment is ancient - it looks like they bought it on ebay from the Soviet Union. I asked why they can't schedule the next 6 month cleaning at the end of a visit, and they simply replied that "they can't do that". Dentists have been doing this for over 50 years. Avoid this place!

Never been treated so horribly as I have by this office! I took my young daughter here for the first time for an exam and the doctor suggested a treatment plan for her and I said I would like to think about it before confirming I called back two months later and decided to go along with her plan only to be told by the front desk Tina lady that the Dr no longer will see my daughter because I didn’t “agree” with her treatment plan the day I was there and now it’s “too late”?? After I stated I do agree and would like to proceed with getting her teeth taken care of she then said I’m not gonna argue with you and hung up on me ! So unprofessional rude and down right ridiculous to turn away a patient needing to be seen for no real reason ! Never will go to any Greenberg offices again from now on

Insurance or no insurance go somewhere else. They upsell you unnecessary deep cleaning for outrageous fees. They refuse to do regular cleaning. The only thing they're good at is cleaning out your wallets with unnecessary services They recommend unnecessary procedures. Go somewhere else I will never do business with them again.
