This was my third time at this office. My child goes to the dentist every 6 months like clock work. The first visit was just a polish. A scaler never came out to remove the tarter behind her teeth. The second time I went there with a letter from the orthodontist for three baby teeth to be removed and was meet with a rude doctor that stated let them fall out on their own. But root absorption was an issue they never would have. Then today said good morning the dentist said nothing. She states she is ready for braces but her gums are red and they aren’t. My daughter is 11 with a sever autoimmune issues. I informed the dentist about it. And I informed her that she uses listerine ultra clean (mint) and a water flosser. But sometimes her gums flare up and go down due to her medication. Dr. You

This is my regular doctor for the kids, the ladies in the front are always so polite. But today I walk in and I greet everyone and not one time did any of them looked up. Not one person. They weren't on the phone or talking to anybody. But this particular person here in this photo just looked at me and asked "name"? And rolled her eyes as she says "all checked in" after I sit all i see is her slamming things on her desk and just looking completely miserable.

The one on Davenport never seems to answers their phone- when the finally do, they placed me on hold for about 10 mins, once someone answer. I asked to schedule some appointments, then the person disconnected, when I immediately called back, they not picking up. I've also request to communicated via text, no response to my message.

Front desk staff was extremely rude & unpleasant especially the lady who works the braces side, as soon as I walk in for my appointment, I had an appointment for both cleaning and braces scheduled, she told me I would not be able to do both even tho I set both appointments 2 hours apart and called to confirm it would be possible, I was confused and wanted her to explain why I couldn’t be seen for both cleaning and ortho that day, she was very in patient and had an attitude when asked to repeat what she said, I was visibly upset and when pulled in for treatment I asked the orthodontist why I was unable to do both appointment since the front desk lady wasn’t wanting to explain it to me, she was also confused and asked the front desk, they told her that they were understaff which I would have

I'm sorry, as a mother with a patient with special needs, I can't tolerate this. We need to deal with so much stuff, and also with Dr. Who, who thinks that the patient is getting sick. I called 24 hours before cancel my appoitment and the Patient Care policy said that the day before is a last-minute cancellation. Sorry the is unfair because they punish you with 30 day's out of schedule. When you as a mother do everything right to protect my daughter and the staff. LAST TIME
