My mother had the best teeth cleaning ever with Lilly! Lilly was kind and very skillful with her craft my mother said her mouth felt like she just had a upscale mouth massage.

This is my second year bringing my daughter here, and I truly love their staff and the quality of their work. The dentist always takes the time to listen to my questions and explain things thoroughly to me. They made my 6 year old feel so comfortable during her cleaning, which means a lot to me as a parent. A special shout out to Oscar, the dental assistant. He was amazing and so helpful!

Back to say worst dentist / orthodontist ever. Please do not waste your time. I went there years ago and now I am dealing with something I paid thousands of dollars for which was a root canal and they added a tooth onto it and now they did something wrong to wear my whole tooth rotted out so bad and the tooth ended up falling out of my mouth, the piece they put on. Apparently they did not attach the piece right and do the root canal correctly. Another experience I had gotten braces and I was waiting for a good almost 2 hours and so I asked the lady could you please tell me what's going on because I got places to go. Great dentist, awful customer service, It takes me 7-8 times calling for them to answer the phone and when they do answer I always get an apology saying “I don’t know” to any of my questions. Business is run terribly.

I usually don't write reviews, but I was taken aback by how unprofessional the orthodontic manager was. After trying to call for 45 minutes without any answer, I finally reached someone and informed them that we would be running a few minutes late. The orthodontic manager got on the phone and stated that she didn’t know if her other patients were coming, so it would be best for us to reschedule. I explained to her that I had been trying to call for a long time and she responded, “Well, this is a very busy office. I am between five other offices and there are only two people in the front office. There is nothing we can do.” I expressed my concern, saying that this was a bit frightening. I asked, “What if we had an emergency? We wouldn’t be able to reach anyone.” I then suggested that maybe
