I went there today. I am just so angry that I can’t even leave a complete review but I will soon when I have calmed down a bit. I would just say this. I don’t recommend this place at. Please look elsewhere. I know I sure will!

I booked a cleaning two months ago just to get to the office early and on time and be told that I won’t be getting a cleaning since it’s late. For one, isn’t it common courtesy to let the person know ahead of time ? They completed my xray in 2 minutes and sent me home . My appt lasted a total of 15 minutes and was complete waste of my time.

As a new patient, I was greeted by the staff promptly and politely. I didn’t have to wait long as my husband and I were the only patients in the office. I should have been concerned when I call for an appointment to receive a routine cleaning for myself and husband, and I was able to get an appointment the next week. Usually when scheduling an appointment for a cleaning, it could take a month or two to be seen. I was very disappointed in the service received by the dentist and the dental hygienist. After I expressed my concern to the dentist, he looked in my mouth and swiped his tools around my gums, he then stated, “everything looks good’. WTW! Not once, did he ask how long have I had the issue or expressed any solution for resolving my issue. Considering the many X-rays that was taken,

I called many times. No answer. I judge the offices by the phone interaction.

I went to this location for about 2 years. I am simply giving them 2 stars due to how nice the staff is. In my 2 years of going there I have had major issues with my fillings breaking and having to go back. Fillings should not break for 10 years and I take very good care of my teeth. I had one cleaning done there and it was absolutely terrible. The gentleman was very rough, didn't even use toothpaste, just water, didn't clean out my permanent retainer, didn't pick out anything from my teeth, and the entire cleaning was maybe 10 mins max. I haven't seen him since so maybe there was other complaints, I don't know.
