Greenbay Specialty Pharmacy

I just got off phone with this pharmacy & decided to give a review. I let the woman who took my call know.I had called several days prior to let them know I was no longer needing medication from them. She said it didn’t get noted (she was who I spoke with that time too) She took my DOB & name. I was saying thank you and She said nothing more and hung up on me. Didn’t bother saying it was taken care of in their system, or Have a good day, thanks for letting us know or JUST A GOOD BYE. She was not friendly on either calls at all. She was rude and lacked any knowledge on how to take a phone call. It was uncalled for & incredibly unprofessional. There will never be a time I would recommend this pharmacy or ever use it again. Their manager is rude, not understanding in any way shape or form he started to swear at me when I was trying to find out why I never received a phone call from them telling me that they did not have my prescription due to my insurance. Worst customer service I have ever been involved in in my entire 57 years of my life.

Pharmacy charged insurance for medication and has failed to deliver it. Looking at other reviews this seems like a common issue. While calling we spoke to a man who didnt identify himself and started yelling. He lied that the medications weren't paid for and the only reason we got one of them is because they had a “coupon”. Then while asking where the missing medicine is they told us it was delivered, then they changed the story later to it being picked up. Something weird is going on here, you should be investigated. Shame on you all.

Jose, was terrible to deal with. My card was not working and I’m trying to work with him to make the payment and he was talking to me like I’m just not trying to pay. I explained what was going on and asked for a new link to set up my card and he got an attitude with me. I then stated that the payment was added successfully and he tried to tell the driver to leave without giving me my medication. As im trying to get this figured out he has an attitude with me like I’m being rude to him or something when all I’m trying to do is pay for my meds. I even texted them lastnight and tell them to charge my card. If there was an issue charging the card why wasn’t I notified or called? Terrible customer service on his part. Will be changing pharmacies. The driver was nice though.

Great place to do business. Deliver when they say they’re going to deliver very helpful with any questions I May have. Neither all the people are very knowledgeable and helpful
