Green Valley Animal Hospital

For the past two years, we have consistently experienced difficulty obtaining our dog’s medication refills from this office. Most recently, our dog ran out of medication while the pharmacy had reportedly been sending refill requests for two weeks without receiving a response. When I called to address the issue and express my frustration, I spoke with the office manager, Susan. Unfortunately, the interaction was extremely unprofessional. She raised her voice, insisted that the pharmacy was “lying,” repeatedly interrupted me, and dismissed my concerns. When I expressed that her tone was inappropriate and reiterated that my priority was simply to have the prescription filled promptly, the conversation remained dismissive and unproductive. I just got off a flight and my dogs nail got caught and almost came off. With the stress of my dogs injury I typed in the wrong address for the emergency vet and ended up at green valley. They took me and my dog right away and fixed him up well. I dont live in folsom but if I did green valley would be Huberts family veterans. Thanks so much, Hubert is doing great!

We took our Italian Greyhound, Enzo, today. The service was outstanding! After another veterinary hospital focused more on profit than the health of our pet, we knew we needed to find a new office that had empathy and a caring heart. We're so happy we found Green Valley. The staff was welcoming and kind from the second we walked in the door. They also expedited treatment for our pet. We highly recommend them.

This is such a fantastic place!!! The staff are super nice and take such good care of my cat and dogs!! Oliver is the best vet technician, so if you ever get the chance for him to take care of your animals, I would! I trust him 100%!! The staff took very good care of my cat, Tallulah who was sadly diagnosed with kidney failure disease. We’d go in every 3 to 4 days for her and they were always very patient and caring with my cat. They were very compassionate and understanding with how devastated I was with my cat’s diagnosis. The care here is phenomenal and incomparable.

I have been bringing my furbabies to Green Valley Animal Hospital for a year now and the care they show for my dogs is amazing. I'm deaf and Oliver always takes the time to ensure I have all of my questions answered and that I understand what is going on with my pets. They are also affordable, always quick to reply to emails and willing to see us within a day or two. I highly recommend this clinic for everyone. Oliver and Dr Sharma are the best!
