Green Ridge Care Center

I am not impressed. I have had over a decade of experience dealing with around a dozen nursing homes. I've seen and reviewed the records that have come out of this place. Filling out vital sheets ahead of time... maybe it was a one time thing but still not good when you are counting on that information to make life and death decisions.

Green reidge care center (owner) can you leave your personal number, the 888 # you left i called and was connected to a care center. (Wasn't your number) Can you leave or message a direct number to contact you. Bad place to bring senior family member in need of help with therapeutic. I was on a video call with my grandfather and watched a nurse give my grandfather something, and not even 5 minutes later, my grandfather passed away. The worst part was we couldn't get an autopsy done because greenridge called every coroner to prevent my family from having an autopsy and gave us 48 hours to get grandfather. Currently caring for my mom and staff and nurses have been wonderful. Looking forward to the care and compassion they have showed over the last week. This facility allows for the family to bring simple things to make life easier for her. They have suggested on her arrival an electric recliner they have on site not being used to help with her non weight bearing healing process. This is a small gesture that means everything to someone who is not mobile and needs to heal. Excited for the staff and patients to get this quality of care in the NEPA region. Keep up the excellent care ❣️

My grandmother resided here for almost 2 years before her passing in July of this year. The nursing staff was amazing and so helpful when she needed anything. The communication with any changes from the administration to family was great, keeping us up to date on anything and everything. This was such a good feeling especially during covid when we could not see her in person. I would definitely recommend for the care of a loved one.

I was treated with the outmost,compassionate, caring,loving ways. They brought me a long way. I really can't explain how wonderful the care I was given.
