Green Physical Therapy

I cannot say enough great things about Green Physical Therapy. From the moment you walk in, you feel genuinely cared for. The front desk staff are kind, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. The physical therapy aides are attentive, skilled, and clearly know exactly what they're doing. And the physical therapists themselves are truly exceptional-professional, knowledgeable, and deeply invested in their patients' recovery. I've been coming here consistently since last June for a very serious wrist injury, and the progress I've made has been remarkable. I've regained the majority of my mobility and strength, far more than I ever expected. I truly don't believe I would have achieved these results at any other therapy clinic. The 2 female reps at the front desk obviously don’t know how to do their job. I had to do it for them. I had an appointment today which I had to reschedule due to me having to call the insurance company. They pretty much wanted to collect a full $80 from me, which would have covered the full cost of the visit. They stated I had a $675 deductible, and the visit was subject to the deductible. I had explained that any P.T. visit is only a copay of $35. One of them stated this is a specialty visit, and you are in network so you will pay higher for being in network. She needs to be educated. It’s when you are out of network you could possibly pay a higher fee. Again, I had to explain since I have been through this plenty of times. It’s a $35 copay, that’s it, not subject to the deductible. At t

I have been to Physical Therapy before and didn’t like where I went. It deterred me from trying PT again - but I needed to go. Green Physical Therapy has been the absolute best. They are on time, extremely professional, and actually take their time with each patient. I have had two appointments here and will continue going.

If I could, I’d give Jenneca Andrews double the stars! She is absolutely incredible. From the very first moment, she made me feel so supported and comfortable—like I could truly be myself around her. Her pelvic floor program has transformed my life in ways I never thought possible. I feel stronger, more confident, and more at ease in my own body. I truly don’t know what I’d do without her expertise and dedication. Her coworker Maitland has been great too—she’s always so genuine and caring. Jenneca and Maitland make an amazing team, and I’m truly grateful to both of them!

Dr. Jenneca Andrew is an excellent physical therapist! She is patient and thoroughly answers all of my questions. I appreciate her expertise, dedication to continued education and gentleness with explaining & performing all that goes along with pelvic health. I highly recommend her and am grateful to have her on my healthcare team!
