I strongly advise against visiting this practice. Since Dr. Muvdi’s departure, the quality of service has plummeted. The receptionists are consistently rude, unprofessional, and make patients feel unwelcome. My experience was marred by multiple issues: an appointment was canceled by my doctor, and when I rescheduled, I was too ill to attend they tried to charge me $50 for a late cancel which they waived. I went in for my makeup appointment and despite having a confirmed 2 PM appointment (verified by text), I was told I was “early” and forced to wait until 3 PM. Upon returning, they attempted to charge me $120 for a visit when my copay is only $35. Frustrated, I left. My wife had been a former patient of Dr muvdi for close to 40 years. She loved him and at this stage of our life to have to find another doctor is very difficult if not impossible. I approach Dr. Kimberly, Rauenzahn and asked for five minutes of her time she did not know me or anything about me and I asked her if she would take on my wife as a patient. Today was my wife’s first visit as a new patient and it was nothing less than spectacular. My experience here was altogether bad. When I first called and notified the receptionist that my insurance assigned the doctor here as my PCP, the first reaction I got was "why did they do that?" Sorry lady, I'm just trying to get some antibiotics here. Thankfully, I was offered an appointment for the same day but after it was discovered that I was a new patient and explaining that I have been sick for 4 days and I really need to get in I was told that new patients need to fill out a form and wait 3 weeks before they can get an appointment. I was referred by family and friends to this “wonderful” family doctor. I have been to this place twice in the last 2 years and I have not seen how “wonderful” they really are, yet. I have seen a PA a few times who is incredibly nice, but she has never done anything other than take my blood pressure and want to prescribe medication. The staff have been very rude and unfriendly, every time I walked in and every time I have called. From the front desk person sounding extremely miserable and short, doesn’t let you finish talking, or explaining the reason for the call, to the “practice manager” also not letting you explain why I would I like to see a different doctor and getting mad when you called out their unpleasant energy and the way they treat/talk to people, or at least to me.
