This office is a sweet place to walk into. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Georgialee Gould has been so helpful at every visit. She addresses all of my concerns . I have been looking for a good GP since moving here 15 years ago. I am deeply grateful for her help and honest concern. She has great bedside manner and is very knowledgeable

I LOVE everything about this office. The ladies at the front desk are always so kind and caring. Scheduling is always seamless. Andrea is unlike any doctor I’ve ever had. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and looks at things from all angles. Not quick to just push a pill, she orders bloodwork and finds the issue before prescribing something. She is so intelligent and down to earth. Thank you for your extensive care and dedication to my health.

Be prepared for a lengthy intake process. You must first go into the office directly. You cannot schedule a first appointment over the phone. After taking a day off work to do so and filling out all the forms I was told the equivalent of 'don't call us, well call you'. I mentioned a rather urgent issue and stated I needed to schedule right away. One week later, I call them back. They cannot, will not schedule an appointment without all prior medical records. I mentioned again this how time-sensitive I need to schedule and was told no. I mentioned how my prior provider was no longer open and that previous records would take time. No grace, will not schedule. Read in its best light, the intake system is woefully outdated. At its worst, one could argue it's selectively discriminatory. Cushy

Contacted this office around the start of November to start transferring my information and get an appointment for January. Went in on my day off and spent approximately an hour to hour and a half completing my initial intake paperwork. I handed it into the receptionist and she informed me that they will contact me When my previous doctor’s office sent over my health records, then they will schedule something for January. Just contacted them today and Lisa was short and rude from the start after approximately a 10 minute hold she tells me they do not have any of the forms that I filled out and I would have to come back in to fill them out again. She was still rude and short throughout this entire conversation and now I’m scrambling to find a new PCP for 2026 due to their incompetence. I d

Greenhill is like family. They are compassionate, kind, and willing to go the extra mile for their patients. From the minute you walk in the door, you feel welcomed and well taken care of. The doctors are top notch. I trust them completely.
