Green Acres Health & Rehabilitation

My uncle recently transferred to Green Acres, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience so far. The staff has been extremely helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. Communication has been excellent, they’ve explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed. The facility itself is very nice and well-maintained. During my visits, I noticed that the residents seem genuinely happy. There’s a lot of laughter, movement, and activity in the hallways, which gives the place such a positive atmosphere. It feels warm and welcoming, not just like a nursing home, but like a community. Overall, Green Acres has made a difficult transition much easier for my family, and I’m truly grateful for their care and professionalism.

My mom has been here at Green Acres since March. I couldn’t have picked a better place for her. Everyone here has been extremely helpful and supportive. I recently had a total knee replacement and couldn’t go see her for a few weeks. They took very good care of her in my absence and would call me to discuss anything with me that I needed to know. My mother has been at Green Acres for almost a year. I had a difficult time when it came to placing her in a long term care facility. However, the staff quickly made us feel at home and has provided excellent care since we’ve been here. The staff are very kind and friendly. They listen to my concerns and are proactive when she isn’t feeling well. The administrative staff are quick to listen and act if I have concerns. I couldn’t be happier with the care they provide!!

Words cannot express the gratitude our after school program have for the gracious donations provided to our students. The management team reached out to us after hearing about the academic strides our students were making in decreasing the literacy gap in Baldwin County. It is a testimony of how community stakeholders have joined our fight to increase literacy. Green Acres continues to be voted the best nursing home in Milledgeville because they continue to bless the community as a whole.

My dad Kenny Prather was there in 2015 until he passed in 2016. The staff there was very understanding and accommodated his every need. If I ever had any questions or concerns they were answered and acted upon immediately. The staff interacted with my dad in a very caring way. There were some of the CNA's that even attended his funeral. I have nothing but respect for the staff there.
