Beware they destroy your medical records after 5 years with out disclosure of this policy. Dr Kalkanis did surgery on my sinuses for suspected cancer and nasal obstruction. He said after the surgery I wouldn't have sinus issues anymore. That was absolutely not true, I continue to have sinus issues that regularly cause pneumonia. He claimed my ear issues were related to tmd/TMJ which was not true, I continued suffering for several years before getting a proper diagnosis and that I need tubes surgically implanted in my ears. I am seeing a new ENT and trying to get my medical records only to find that they ship records to storage after one year and destroy them five years after the date of service. They do not keep digital records and initially told my new drs office they had no record
