Dr. Sanders is a great person and an even better doctor! Have been to see Sanders multiple times over the last several years for different injuries and he has always had my best interest at heart. Honesty is key and while he is more conservative in nature, will not just jump to shots and surgery, he will give you all the options so you can take the best approach to your own care and putting yourself on the right track to healing. Everyone who’s everyone knows or goes to Dr Sanders for a reason, he’s the best of the best!

I've been going to see Dr. Evans for about 4 years at the Silver Spring location at Holy Cross. He is a great Dr and is attentive. This has to do with appts and the front desk. I am never seen on time which is frustrating as it's usually a 15-20 min wait after appt time. The older woman of color who is the first you see in the office lacks customer service and is always short when you ask questions with a sarcastic undertone which automatically puts you in a defensive mood. She's been there for years and I don't understand why as I have heard how she talks to others. I just basically give her the same energy she gives me so I can move past her and have my visit with an excellent Dr. But if you are okay with starting a little later and move past the intake side, I recommend Dr. Evans...I'm

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I saw a doctor on a Thursday. He ordered an MRI. The radiology office needs a copy of the clinical notes to get an authorization to do the MRI. I called the practice twice and left messages. I left the fax number to the radiology office. I tried to leave a message for the doctor but the front desk refused. Now, almost two weeks later, the radiology office sent this - Hello, this is Charter Radiology with an update on your insurance imaging authorization. My experience with Dr. Derek Kram at the Greater Washington Orthopaedic Group was unbelievably disappointing. Our first visit set the tone—we were left sitting in the waiting room for over an hour, completely ignored. It honestly felt like they didn’t care whether we were there or not. But what happened with our follow-up appointment was even worse. We called ahead to let them know we were running 15 minutes late, and the scheduling staff we spoke to was incredibly disappointing. In my experience, she was not polite at all and spoke to me with an attitude that felt like “who cares” while I was trying to explain the situation. The orthopedic doctor we saw at this clinic was excellent — knowledgeable, kind, and very helpful with my son’s knee injury. I have absolutely no complaints about the medical care we received. However, my experience with the clinic’s billing practices was very disappointing. On our second visit, my son was given a DonJoy Drytex Sport Hinged Knee Sleeve (wrap-around, X-Small). After looking up the product directly on the manufacturer’s website, I found the retail price to be $105.99 with free shipping (after I received the bill from them). The clinic, however, submitted a claim to my insurance for seven times higher amount than the retail price.
