Dr Medary is the best along with his office staff Miranda and office manager Nicole. I have been seeing Dr Medary for an aggressive pituitary tumor since 2006 and have nothing but great things to say. He is the best surgeon IMO and many others agree. He has literally saved my life a few times. Including a crainiotomy in 2021. Speaking of almost time for me to go back and check up on this thing I'm terrified but luckily I have a great surgeon 🫶 and the girls in the office who make it easy to deal with all the pre-op paperwork. Dr. Medary's personality is an acquired taste, but so is mine. His sense of humor speaks directly to his intelligence, and frankly I think he's hilarious. The day of surgery, everyone spoke highly of his surgical skills! From the woman at the downstairs desk, to the gentleman in billing. The moral of the story is, there isn't any other surgeon I'd rather have!

my husband had an appt on 4/19/2019. he called to reschedule sooner so I could go with him. when he confirmed the time and date so he can tell me so I can take off work it was 4/1/2019 at 230pm. he wasnt told to bring CD or report of MRI. we get to the office. I sign him in while he tells the lady I have an appt at 230. she says someone else's name. then was like oh it's 215. she was like do you have the CD for MRI and we told her he was never told because he would have told me so I could get it. She said we tell all our patients to bring them, I said if that is so then we would have had them with us. waited for the manager who was rude. didn't say her name or anything. all she said was do you have a question. first of all you say your name and who you are and then you pull the patient in

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Doctor was demeaning and rude. I work in customer service and I would never talk to a client in such a rude way. Front staff was very nice, but the doctor was so unbelievably rude.

Dr Madery was fantastic! Truly cares for his patient. Would recommend to anyone.
