Greater Mobile Urgent Care

Last week, the doctor told my relative come back a week later about her workplace related injury. 40 minutes driving there plus over 2 hours of waiting later, we were told that we were not supposed to do that and we're supposed to go somewhere else. The exact opposite of that was communicated to us last week. I don't know what kind of outfit they're running there, but they need to fix it. Zero out of 5 stars.

Came here due to difficulty breathing. Paid $140 just to be seen for 20 minutes for them to say I need to go to the ER. Claimed I had either Bronchitis or Pneumonia, ended up being an upper respiratory infection they COULD have done something there. These people were lazy and all sitting around when I walked to the back. 0/10 stars, and not worth the money at all. Wasted my time and money. Awful staff.

My PA and doctor was amazing! I had an abscess on my back and the PA really helped me get ready mentally to see the doctor! I was in pain but just her energy helped me forget the pain! Then the doctor was just as amazing! She was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what she will be doing. The doctor is very funny and helps you take your mind off the pain while she’s doing her job. Even though I now have insurance I still would go there for small emergencies just because of the hospitality you may not find at the hospitals. A+

I really love the convience and the expedited service that I receive from Greater Mobile Urgent Care. They are the best place to see a doctor fast in Mobile, Alabama bar none!

The staff here at our west Mobile urgent care have always been very accommodating. In most cases they get me in and out in reasonable amount of time. So happy to have them just around the corner from where I live. The Doctors on call have always been friendly and seem concerned about issues we are addressing.
