Walked in (pls don’t be like me lol) and got accommodated quickly for a custom color match for a crown. The process was very quick (~5 mins). Two weeks later, my dentist got the lab case back and it was the perfect fit and color!! My family and friends couldn’t even tell which one is the crowned tooth.

I had two different dentists use this lab with the same awful results! The first dentist who use this lab never got (2 sets of) my previous bridge work, that were sent in for models back to me, as requested. Furthermore, this lab did an awful job recreating them! First set they made were so ill fitted (when the bridge that includes both upper my front teeth) when it was placed in my mouth "permanently" (expected to last the normal several years) it came out in less than two months! After another (2nd) attempt from this lab I had to go to a Specialist- trying to correct the ill fit & not desired look. The specialist Manny Chopra agreed not to use this lab then DID and got horrible results again (on a mock up) even though detailed information was sent in to Greater C of how we wanted the bri

This place did an absolutely amazing job on my 3 front crowns. They slightly shortened my 2 front teeth like I requested and they even had the knowledge to make other adjustments in order to improve the aesthetics of a gap that I wasn’t even focused on. I am grateful they did because it makes things look so much more streamlined and the flaw of being born missing that side tooth is barely visible now. They absolutely know what to do in order to give you the best results.THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Requested some customized dentures from them and they worked with my current dentist to make exactly what I wanted even though it was a bit unusual. Very happy with the results.

After my Invisalign treatment was complete, my dentist ordered retainers from this lab. While waiting for my retainers, wore my last Invisalign tray with no issues, until I wore the retainers. Cincinnati lab retainers did not retain my teeth, they shifted them in such a way that I had to get another Invisalign refinement treatment to correct what the retainers had done. Their retainers caused me additional months of treatment and money, would not recommend.
