Excellent Care and Professional Service! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) I recently visited Great Valley Dental Associates for a routine check-up and deep cleaning, and I was extremely impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and efficient. The reception process was smooth, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Dr. Anzzi and her team Chris, Sue are very professional and explained every step of the procedure in detail. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment and patiently answered all my questions. The clinic was clean, modern, and followed strict hygiene protocols. A+++ Excellence After a rough start with some faulty cleaning equipment, I was pleased to return and see that the equipment in question was replaced with new! Not only were they very receptive to feedback, but they offered to make it right by providing a complimentary cleaning. No insurance problems & no nonsense! Jake and Dr Josh Huang did a fantastic job with filling cavities and handling a crown. They’re quite a team; effectively managing to fit me in quickly and conveniently while providing an excellent service. I am grateful for them and how this practice has managed to resolve my dental procedures. If I could give a negative star I would. My first experience was with a young hygienist, which I was probably the first patient of (ever), he was sweating profusely and putting his hands in my mouth, which should have been enough to make me walk away then. For some reason I went back and when I got an x-ray, they did not put the smock on me. When I questioned it, the hygienist said they don't need to do that anymore. Is that even true? Yet, the hygienist (different one from the first visit) stepped out of the room. Next, their billing is a hot mess. I received invoices for thousands of dollars, which they acknowledged were not correct but took about 6 months to reconcile while I still continued to get outstanding invoices. That was after the first visit. Poor judgment on my part that I act

GVDA was amazing! The dentist can typically be very anxiety inducing for me, but they made it such a welcoming & friendly environment! Sue, Lexie, Jake & Dr. Josh were SUCH a delight!
