Great Smiles Dental

This is truly a painless dental experience. I've had cleanings, root canals, crowns and everything else. The admin staff is beyond accommodating with scheduling and fitting you in in an emergency. That's how I found Great Smiles. They were the only dentist in the Everett area that could see me the day I called, in extreme pain. Never did I feel a hint of pain throughout all my procedures. I highly recommend this practice.

At 67 I still have fear going to a dentist I had no choice but go for bad painful tooth not being at a dentist for years I knew I had other problems with my teeth it turned out I needed a lot of work and insurance would cover it I agreed to have it done it was the best decision I made cause after the second visit the fear was gone they make it so comfortable. Sometimes I would fall asleep while they were doing work on my teeth great smiles and the staff are the best I had so much work from filling root canal’s caps u name it I would recommend anyone to choose great Smiles

I have a cleaning due in about a month or two so I just want to say this office is honestly wonderful. I had a severe fear of the dentist to the point I had 11 cavities and needed a root canal. I hated my teeth. They looked very very bad. I finally mustered up the strength to come here earlier this year and the staff were extremely nice and accommodating of my fear. I wore headphones throughout the entire root canal process and brought a plushie. I'm so glad my mom recommended this place to me. :)

Very challenging office to work with. Been trying to get a procedure done for multiple weeks now. There was an alleged issue with insurance coverage and the receptionist told me about it the day of - at the last minute. I checked on my end and found conflicting information. I don’t believe they did their due diligence. A few days after rebooking to accommodate this oversight, I was informed that the office would be closed for all Saturdays the following month. I would have appreciated advance notice of this - I wouldn’t have made a Saturday appointment otherwise. I was initially happy to have found a dentist with weekend openings but that availability is pointless if I can’t actually get the work done.

Dr Lee is an amazing dentist! Never did I feel uncomfortable throughout my visit. She knows what she's doing and has a passion for her work that shines through wonderfully! The staff are friendly & helpful as well! I highly recommend everyone to come to this dental office and you will see with your own eyes & feel the difference in quality dental care! 2 thumbs up from this happy patient!!
