Great Mills Family Dental

Always a pleasure to go to the dentist! Not something I’d ever think I’d say. But the staff is amazing, kind and friendly. Dr. Davis is a beautiful human being. Our family is so happy with everyone and everything associated with this office.

This was my second visit here and I will definitely be looking for a new dentist. The staff is not very friendly, with the exception of the older black gentlemen and things are not explained well. I spent over an hour just to realize I wasn’t there for a cleaning even though I asked about it multiple times. There seemed to be a miscommunication about the purpose of the appointment, but regardless of how many times I asked about the cleaning, it was not clarified. It was very obvious that the scans were the priority because they would potentially lead to identifying problems that would cost large amounts to fix. I didn’t love my first visit here a year ago and the second was even worse. Also, the white staff seems to be either uncomfortable with black people or maybe just overall not friend

Normally my experience with this place great. But my last vist , I sat in the dental chair for 40 minutes and no one came to do my exam,cleaning or to check on me. All I received was sorry and hope to see you for your next cleaning when I walked out. Now they have the nerve to ask me for a review of my last visit.

I have always hated going to the dentist. I used to avoid visits because of my fear and anxiety. I started going to this office about a year ago and I am so happy I did. Very kind and understanding staff that offers to accommodate you without asking. The dentist is a true professional and managed to get all of my work done in a timely manner with very little pain. I will be a patient here as long as the staff and dentist work there. Highly recommend!

Dr Davis and his staff are very compassionate and trained individuals. I am so happy to have found this practice. My smile and oral health show the expertise that Doc and his staff have. I recommend you will be thrilled, with their work.
