Great Lakes Medical Center is a fantastic place to go for general / family health care. My wife and I have been patients of Laura Krenz’s for the last several years, and she is an outstanding Nurse Practitioner and person. She truly listens to her patients, and her medical knowledge and advice is incredible. Her guidance truly changed my life for the better, and I cannot thank her enough for it. The nurses and staff that work there are also very helpful and friendly, and I’ve never had a bad experience at GLMC in all my years of being a patient there. I highly recommend this establishment if you’re looking for a new Primary Care Doctor or any other sort of medical healthcare / advice. Thank you GLMC, and a special thanks to Laura!

I have been a patient here for over 15 years. This the best care I have ever received in 71 yrs. The staff is considerent, punctual, and efficient. The Doctors and Nurse Practitioners are highly educated and it shows in the care you receive. Virtual Visits are available. They are 5 stars rated with me.

EXCELLENT: My provider Laura Krentz, NP is excellent clinically, attentive and truly cares about each patient. She and her office staff follow through quickly with urgent issues including the on call providers. She listens and will work with you individually for a good patient care plan for each problem. I never feel rushed during appointments and she has Telehealth visits too. I highly recommend Laura.

Dr Laura is the best but there's another lady there that I would rather not ever see again

Unlike most other doctors these guys have stepped up their game. I had an appointment with them today and in my past I waited less than five minutes at both the waiting room and the examination room. I wanted to test the theory today so I signed in and it took them 1.05 minutes to see me and then waited just over another minute to be seen. This is normal business practice. The providers are very kind and thorough. They make it a point to know your name. Which is really nice. It makes me feel welcomed. I regret not knowing the lady's name that takes you from the office to the examination but she goes above and beyond to remember you and what you have been seen for in the past. I would and DO highly recommend Great Lakes Medical Center!!
