BEST dentist office I’ve ever been to!! Josh at the front desk is SUPER friendly, nice and fun, then I met with Blake who was awesome, made me laugh nonstop and was just a breath of fresh air! Rose was my hygienist and she’s super kind, knowledgeable and gentle! Then Dr. Courtney was amazing! Told me what was going on with my mouth and was super knowledgeable and really nice!! Everyone in this office has the best personalities and are just good humans!! I didn’t feel like another number, I felt like a patient who they all really care about! I highly recommend!!

This is my first visit to Great Florida Smiles and I will say, this is a very customer service, friendly and beautiful place! Bri did an amazing job with all of the cleaning and x-rays that I needed for today! She was professional and very thorough! Thank you so much Josh also! Let me be clear, I’d rather do ANYTHING than go to the dentist. I have horrible teeth and get crazy anxiety before dental appointments. I can’t even find words to describe how much that changed when I found Great Florida Smiles. My dental hygienist Rose is super gentle and so kind! Dr Courtney is wonderful. Even the front office staff is warm, friendly, and helpful. I love this place - and I can’t believe I’m saying that about a dentist!

Do not recommend. I opened a complaint against Great Florida Smiles and Orthodontics as they are a contracted VA Community Care provider. My complaint will be investigated by the VA Office of Inspector General for billing me for a bottle of mouthwash I refused to accept because they asked me to pay them $23.00 for it. My dental expenses are 100% covered by the VA, which I told Josh. Yesterday, I received an email from Great Florida Smiles and Orthodontics, PCB, asking for payment of $23.00 fot the mouthwash I refused to accept. I called their office and asked to speak to the office manager. I was refused and ended up talking to Josh, again. I stated the abive-styled issue and he said the bill would be removed from my account. I have a lack of trust with them and cancelled all of my
