Amazing staff! They really know what they’re doing and are very attentive to your needs. Easy scheduling and they work through insurance with you. After my surgery, I was able to fully recover without any issues, resume all of my favorite physical activities, and two years later have maintained my strength thanks to their program. I can’t speak highly enough of this place and strongly recommend anyone who needs physical therapy to consider this practice.

Great Falls Physical Therapy, led by Mary Jean Stack, is amazing. The team is highly skilled, genuinely kind, and way above the standard PT experience. They work with you one-on-one, really listen, get to the root cause, and adjust the plan based on how you're responding. My neck pain is finally under control, and my body feels more balanced and strong overall. I encouraged my husband to go for knee pain even though he didn't believe PT would help. He avoided surgery and got back to his full exercise routine. My 90-year-old dad went after he broke his shoulder and actually looked forward to appointments and healed quickly. I have been so pleased with the help I've received from GFPT, not only for my knee replacement but for other issues as well. When you have a session your physical therapist is with you the entire time - no leaving you to see other clients. You get personalized exercises to do which are NOT just xeroxed pages like other facilities. Every Ortho who hears where I'm going always say their patients rave about GFPT. Mary Jean and Sarah are the best physical therapists I have ever met. I had a serious car accident and have been to a number of other therapists without seeing any improvement. I finally saw a difference when I started working with Mary Jean and Sarah. They work with you the entire session, unlike most PT places, where you only see the PT for a short time and then you do exercises with someone else. They are both so knowledgeable. I’ve loved coming to Great Falls Physical Therapy! After recovering from a pretty serious injury, I worked with both Dr. Mary Jean Stack and Dr. Sarah Bellman. I’ve been to many physical therapists and I can honestly say they are the best. Everyone genuinely cares about and invests in your recovery process, and it shows.
