No Stars. There liars and a Huge Rip Off. Told me they could do the work I needed in time I needed. Then just did the work they wanted to do to cost more. I seen on paperwork that they lied about what all they were doing to me. Showed me all the the billing taken care of by my insurance. Now, 6 months later trying to Bill me almost $900.00. Do not TRUST. THEM!!! THEY NEED INVESTIGATING!

Care recieved was greatly appreciated! Regular cleaning with a potential concern with current discomfort. Team quickly responded to ensure proper care. All worked together to ensure my needs were met.

They suck, they told me my insurance basically cover nothing but a checkup and x-rays and charged me for a panoramic x-ray. After talking to my insurance, they do cover the things the doctor said they did not cover and they should not have charged for the panoramic X-ray. I will never go there again and do not recommend them to anyone.

It started with canceling my appt because it was before 6 months, which I can have 2 at anytime. I tole them that I will be there to keep my appt. I waited for 40 mins after my appt time for my teeth cleaning. Because of taking off my appt for X-rays and to see the dentist I had to wait to see him. I was there for over 2 hrs. I also had to tryout my meds as that was all messed up.

When they call to remind the adult about a patient appointment and the adult does not call them back to say they got the message they cancel the appointment without any notification that they have done that. When you show up for the appointment they tell you that there isn't a scheduled appointment because they cancelled it when you didn't respond back to them. The message that was left did not say to respond back to them or the appointment will be cancelled. Very frustrating after taking off work to keep the appointment!
