I had an X-ray taken at Hugh Howell I had an X-ray taken at Hugh Howell Tucker's office, and besides the receptionist, Tony, yelling at me, the X-ray is unusable. It has a white shadow on the image that makes it impossible to read. I requested a usable X-ray, and they refused to give me one. Very poor service, the staff is very rude. I do not recommend this office to anyone. I spoke with the manager, and she also treated me rudely. Don't waste your money here. In addition to being rude and dishonest, they did nothing to provide me with a professional X-ray. They demanded that I pay for another X-ray, even though my insurance covers 100% of radiological images. I had to pay extra, and even then they asked me to pay for the tests again. I visited the office after having been away from dental care for six years (early pandemic). The exam was thorough and a plan was put in place for ongoing dental care.

I had a fantastic experience at the Tucker location.The entire staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. The office is clean, modern, and they make you feel right at home.

I’m first time visiting this office,Dr Moore and her team are very nice and friendly,everyone does great work. I’m pleased to refer someone to them.

Different staff very effective , friendly and supportive my husband who has a disability even noticed when we left how nice the person that work on his teeth was really good…that’s when I told him it was a different staff.
