Great Expressions Dental Centers - St. Augustine

First of all, the dentist here was GREAT. This review has nothing to do with them. I’m leaving this because I overheard something disgusting. The staff up front was saying that this lady didn’t want to make her next appointment “because she needs money for her fake eyes and fake hair”. Staff not only openly discussing peoples plans and money, but also trying to trash their appearance is pathetic and absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. I don’t know names, but they were working this morning at the front desk. (Jan 19 2026). Judging people like that (customers!) is total crap and had to come from a very sad human being. I hope the staff and future customers see this employees low class, downright disgusting and disrespectful attitude so that they can choose to go elsewhere. No need to go to a dentist wh

I hadn't been to a dentist for a while but decided it was time to go. Ashley at Great Expressions was kind and gentle. I told her I was anxious and she said we'll be careful. After xrays and exam, found I needed a deep cleaning (not fun) but hey no cavities. From the front desk and dentist I would recommend Great Expressions.

I got x-rays and then an exam by the doctor. He recommended a deep clean. With my insurance it cost $220. The dental hygienist explained payment options, but I was insistent that I just wanted a regular cleaning. I have no cavities, no tooth pain, no blood during flossing or brushing. She went to ask the doctor if I could just get a regular cleaning. She came back and said that was not an option. I explained that I just had a deep cleaning last year. So now I have to find a new dentist who will just give me a regular cleaning. At least I have x-rays to take to the new doctor!

Very satisfied w/ the care both my husband & I are receivig at G.E.D.C. since becoming patients this past year. Clean office, friendly & proficient staff, efficient & professional care all around. Our hygientist, Sai, always does a great job too.

First visit. Everyone friendly. Ashley (hope i have her name right) the dental assistant was very caring, friendly and informative. My dentist(i believe his name is spelled Amini) was through and kept me informed on what he was doing . Going back for future work. Think I found my new dental office.
