The staff here is really sweet and the office is very clean and organized. They offer a range of services at this location. If you are nervous about going to the dentist again after some time, the staff here is really helpful and communicative and will explain all points of the process. I also felt really calm due to the natural light and the clean interior. Thank you!

I have been going to this office for years even before they moved locations. This was the very best experience I have ever had. Free parking, office staff very friendly. My hygienist K was very thorough and diligent. My Dr Malcolm was very informative! Even one of the assistants helped me with my baby the entire visit. I am so glad to be a loyal patient to GEDC-Midtown!

I have not been to the dentist since the COVID shut down due to fear and trust. As soon as I stepped through the door I felt good energy. From the reception desk to the dentist, I felt I was in good hands. 🙌🏾 I asked questions and they were all answered authentically and with a smile. They listened to me. The lady who took the X-rays was awesome, the hygienist then came in and said all the number rating of my teeth and yes I need a deep cleaning 😃. Then the dentist came in and explained everything to me and answered and was friendly with a professional swag. The ending was great by the man with the muscles 💪🏾 and a great smile. Absolute worst experience of my life. My appointment was at 11:30 am, and we arrived a few minutes before then. I was coming to get one tooth pulled, and I was told it would be a quick in-and-out procedure. I waited for 3 hours. They literally numbed me, and I still WAITED FOR 45 mins! No one, except Bri, communicated to me that they were running behind. That was the absolute worst experience of my life. The manager, Mary, was understanding but not accommodating enough. I will never return.

The dentist could’ve been a bit more….. um informative and friendly. I’m already afraid of the Dentist like deathly. And ppl like that just don’t make it easy. I have a lot of questions and he was in and out. He did ask in the very beginning and questions or concerns but I needed that after the explanation. I guess it’s just business these days. Oh well. It’s 2000000 dentist offices my mouth will just stay jacked until I feel comfortable with the person working in my mouth. The lady that did my xray was nice. The ppl at the front were ok.
