This is an excellent practice! Dr Tran was so thorough and truly took the time to explain my mothers dental needs to me. I really appreciated that. It is obvious she cares about her patients. Margaret in the front office was excellent and also very thorough. Explaining insurance and payment options completely. The entire office is professional and genuine. I appreciate that.

I visited this office for a root canal, and received my preliminary exam and treatment the same day. I was told that my bill was paid in full, but a few months later received a bill for an additional $50. I informed the office that I paid in full, but I still continued to receive calls and mail to pay the additional $50. I finally spoke with someone and informed them that I was told my bill was paid in full on the day of service (almost $1,000) and that they would not be receiving any additional money from me. Now it's been turned over to collections because they tried to scam me out of more money and I wouldn't give in. Just based on principal, this business will not receive another cent from me.
