Pleasant dentist office! Friendly staff! Knowledgeable. I am a baby when it comes to the dentist and the hygienist just made me feel so cuddled. Highly recommend. I will be scheduling appointments for my children as well! The dentist was kind and explained my dental plan thoroughly and answered all my questions. I will be following through with my dental plan finally, because I found an office that is patient with their patients and caring enough to make you feel comfortable throughout your visit!

Had my 1st visit last week and everyone was great! The hygienist was very nice. She was very thorough and explained treatment to me in a way I could understand. She used my xrays with an Ai overlay to show me specifics which really helped with my understanding.

I had such a kind and comforting experience here. I’ve had a difficult past with domestic violence and i truly despised going because my teeth were very sensitive, but everyone here made me feel safe and welcomed. Anna was incredibly gentle and easy-going during my cleaning, Edwin was compassionate and caring while doing my X-rays, and although Dr. Gooch was busy, he still took the time to call me which meant more to me than I can express. I’m truly thankful and, for the first time, I can say I’ll be back and look forward to calling this my dental office.

The dentist here messed my tooth up. All I wanted to do was re-do a fill-in that started to smell after a few years. He redid it so poorly it was cutting my floss and every time and nearly impossible to push a floss through. I asked him that day to sand it so I can floss my tooth and he got frustrated with me. I then went home and couldn’t floss the tooth at all even with a water pick because it was so tight. So I went back, then he cut a big gap between the two teeth so I can floss which caused me so much pain and an infection because so much food was going in between the teeth. Then he tried to tell me it’s the tooth in front that’s the issue!! I stopped going here immediately found a new dentist, got antibiotics and he did the fill in on the tooth properly even with Parkinson's disease.

The hygienic was attentive and professional. But too ruff performing the dental cleaning. Too many xrays, 18 in total. I have never got so many dental Xrays in my life. They do not add fluoride in the cleaning, they charge 33$ for flouride. Second the Dentist who checked the xrays seem not have knowledge about all. He was just advising to get crowns, like money hungry. I feel this dental office is more about money than the patient. He didn't know what the xray showed, maybe he is new? But I don't feel comfortable going back to that location. Good thing is the front staff the bilingual men and the blonde hair lady are friendly and caring.
