Great Expressions Dental Centers - Eagles Landing

First time at this location after a weird visit at Morrow location. Staff was extremely welcoming. It took me all of 5 minutes to get signed in and get called to the back. The dental assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Colbert was very nice and professional. She addressed my issue and kept me from making a costly decision. She included me in my assessment by showing me my X-rays and what my primary focus should be. I have terrible dental anxiety and they made me feel very comfortable.

This place is a big scam. I recently had a cleaning done 6 months prior to coming here at a "privately own family dentist" I been going there for years. I only switched because I moved to the Southside and needed a closer dentist. So I scheduled my appointment and arrived 30 minutes early. I was not called back until an hour and half pass my schedule appointment time. Once I was called back I waited another 20 minutes for the dentist to see me. I was told I had periodontist disease and needed a deep cleaning. I explained to the dentist that I just had a cleaning and I was told my dental health was good. Anyway I went along and paid extra for a deep cleaning. I also was told I had a small cavity. So I was scheduled for a follow up and to repair the cavity. Three months later I arrive fo

Dr. Ash and his assistant were both very nice and friendly. He explained what was going on and if I had any questions about the procedure ask… I thought it was going to be more painful than it was however, it went better than I expected or imagined. Thanks Dr Ash for making me feel a little more relaxed and comfortable.

Dr. Ashish Kulreja and his team are great. He was very caring and patient. He explains very well every step and every procedure. His professionalism help me be at ease before we started and while the procedure was being done. The financial assistant team are great as well. Very caring environment from the time you enter to the time you leave. I highly recommend Great Expressions.

This was my first time visiting this location, and so far, everyone has been very welcoming, professional, and concerned about my issue. I did not have to wait long before being seen, and they were able to make me a follow-up appointment very quickly. Excellent customer service!
