The best dental hygienist i have ever ran across, i hope i’m getting her name right, Melinda! she made me so comfortable and i'm such a baby i haven’t been to the dentist in 4-5 years bc the last one hurt me so bad doing a deep cleaning! i can’t take pain, or even noise of the equipment gives me such anxiety but this wonderful lady made me relax and she was so gentle and explained everything from beginning to end! i honestly cant believe how amazing she is and i can now relax and not stress about going the dentist i know im in good hands. The whole staff is friendly and they all made me feel welcomed and at ease, i finally found my new home dentist!

The worst dental experience I've had, easily. I have no problems with the office staff, the hygienist, or the assistants, they were nothing but nice. My problem is with the work that was done. I had a crown that put in place when I was a child by another begin to fall apart, understandable because it was pushing on two decades old. The replacement crown has fallen out, as of now, 3 times, once the day after is was put back in to place, and now a month after! When I had it put back in to place, I felt that I was treated dismissively during each operation, with the most recent and final time being the worst. I was told that a part of my gum was inflamed and that this was interfering with the cement. I was not informed what was causing the inflammation, what I could do to stop the inflammatio

Dr. Carrington was amazing!! She was knowledgeable and communicated everything while still being caring. I had an extraction and never felt a thing. As a matter of fact, the entire staff was amazing.

My visit to great expressions was actually a mix up in location. But the receptionist Joanie was kind and patient. She helped clear up the mix up and rescheduled the appointment with no problem. Her attitude and energy was refreshing.

I want to preface this by saying that I’ve seen the same dentist my whole life. A private practice, great hygienists, great dentist, great staff. I only changed because I was under the impression that they were out of network and it would be more cost efficient to see a provider in network. I figured since it was time for an xray, it was the ideal time to change. For the past 5 years I have been getting my teeth cleaned 4 times a year, since it is covered by insurance, so I scheduled a cleaning specifically. I go in for my appointment and I have the X-rays done (a surprisingly uncomfortable experience compared to every time I’ve had them done in the past 🚩), they then used, what I would call a selfie pen, to take pictures of my teeth.
