Great Expressions Dental Centers - Conyers

Had to switch dentists because my former dentist wasn't in any insurance network. Did some research and found Dr Heard. He had all five star reviews so I decided to give him a try. His staff and office were very professional and they accepted my Discount Plan. Heather and Ajani took good care of me. I would recommend this location.

My experience with Great Expressions has been wonderful. From walking in speaking with Cyniya who is always smiling and friendly along with other staff members. The Hygenist-Heather is friendly and very knowledgeable which really allows me to know information about the process and the actual cost of it. I would highly recommend Great Expressions for your dental needs.

Dr. Benson and the whole team here (from front office staff to dental assistants) were kind and helped me feel right at home! I got a tooth extracted and it was a seamless process. They really listen to your concerns and questions! I know I’ve found a dental office that I want to stay at!

I have been a patient of Dr. Heard and his assistant for 15+years, and I cannot speak highly enough of the care they provide. Both are consistently professional, attentive, and compassionate. His assistant, in particular, is always pleasant and welcoming, ensuring that each visit is comfortable and efficient. Their exceptional service is the primary reason I followed them to Great Expressions.

HORRIBLE! 1st they closed on the day of my appointment and didn’t send a correspondence to notify me of the closure. In fact, I received appointment confirmation texts the night before. Then after re-scheduling, I sit in the waiting room for over an hour before I finally get called back!!! I then sit inside the patient room for an additional 30mins before the hygienist walks in… only for him to prep me then tell me there’s still a patient ahead of me! Oh and as I was laying there, I get a text that my appointment had been rescheduled for August! Which was wired considering I was present at my current appointment and had not told anyone of my future availability. Anyway, I asked to go to the bathroom… and left completely. In search of a new dental office now.
