The dentist Ryan wasn’t present for my kids and I first appointment. Found out my son had an infected tooth, took a WEEK to get the antibiotic sent to the pharmacy. I took my son to a walk in and got what he needed sooner. Ryan didn’t show up to my husbands first appointment. They kept saying he’s on the way and then they couldn’t get ahold of him. My husband’s fellow up appointment the dentist was an hour and a half late. My husband actually had to leave mid appointment and come back to get our son off the bus. My son’s fellow up appointment he was 2 hours late ( he was in another appointment that went over this time) so I’ll give him that one a little. They only fixed one of my son’s 3 cavities. The dental assistant Megan is wonderful. She is knowledgeable, empathetic, so talented and truly a pleasure to have work on you. Myself as well as my mom and dad have been seen here and she made it an excellent experience with how dedicated and compassionate she is with her job and work. We did one time previously see an older assistant with doctor and she was unprofessional, rude, short and didn’t know much. She constantly stated that this was her second job and why she wasn’t aware of treatment or our questions because her main focus was her job in Gaylord. When waiting a long time for doctor, she told me to “get used to it” and that he does this constantly. I wish his time management was better. I can’t say enough good things about this office, staff and dentist. Everyone was extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable. They were upfront and very honest. They worked well with my 9 year old who had an issue that could cause trauma at the dentist and they handled it with such care to create an environment that made him feel comfortable always speaking to him with respect. I would travel far for this kind of care today as good dentists are hard to find. They fit us in and made my sons emergency a priority and listened when I asked them to be understanding of our situation. I’m excited to have a new place to go to that my child doesn’t feel nervous about. Beyond thankful to him and his staff who went ABOVE and beyond. I’d give ten stars if I could. Let me start by saying I DO NOT like going to the dentist. It's just not my favorite place. But, this dentist office was tops in my books. Dr. Schultz was very professional and probably the best crown job I've ever had (I'm not through the full crown process, but great so far). Also, I got my first cleaning there and my hygienist was awesome also. Super clean office and excellent talent. I'm glad I found your team! I sure wish you were in the Delta Dental network though. I know you take their insurance, but would be nice for you to accept their payment as payment in full and not have to to the $50 deductible for an out of network provider. Grayling could use a few more dentists in that network.

Grayling family dental is very detail oriented and provides the absolute best for their patients using a local Michigan lab for high quality crowns and bridges. Dr. Schultz is the best to work with!!
