Gray Urgent Care LLC

My interaction with the NP here felt impersonal and robotic. I have been in much busier urgent cares where the NPs or doctors were more thorough than my experience here. I feel like they barely took a history on my symptoms, listened to me with a stethoscope, and then went on with their day. I went in for a sore throat, cough, and fever and she didn't even look at my throat. Not a thorough exam at all, if I didn't have insurance I would be pretty upset for having spent any money on this...especially as someone who also works in the medical field. Two stars instead of one because the front desk staff was super nice.

The staff here is absolutely amazing!! We called ahead to see how late we could show up as they were closing at 6 pm. We told as long as we were there by 6pm, we would be seen. We quickly rushed over with a 94 year old female, whom we just realized most likely had a UTI. We showed up between 5:50-5:55. You would have never known we were showing up at closing. They were all so pleasant and professional, continually telling us this is what they are here for as we were apologizing for being so late. We will forever be grateful for their treatment and kindness.

5 stars is hardly enough praise to give this place. Friendly staff, as soon as I finished filling out the patient paperwork we were ready to be seen. Brought my 5 year year old and discovered her issues promptly. In and out in thirty minutes or less on a Saturday afternoon. They were really great with my daughter making her comfortable, being easy and understanding , and offering a popsicle. Thanks to A+ staff at an A+ facility . Never again will I bring my daughter anywhere else but here for urgent care needs , I traveled 1 hour and 43 miles to come here and I would do it again in a heartbeat, thanks gray urgent care for doing your best which exceeded my expectations.

the most amazing care. I've been here several times and seen several providers and each have treated me with the most sufficient and effective care while also being informative. all around the staff is so personable and caring. such fast care as well! such a great place to go when your trying to feel better!

I'm feeling very frustrated after my visit this morning. I will update my review if future visits are better. However, this review is not based on competence. The staff were kind and knowledgeable. It mostly based on my experience before the exam. I arrived in the parking lot at 7:40am and entered the office at 8:00am with 6 other people. I was the second person in line. I was not given paperwork right away while every other patient was. 7 people were brought back before I was, including someone that came in at 8:15am. I voiced this concern to the office manager behind the desk at 9:00am when I was still waiting. By the time I left the office at 9:40am, I felt ignored. I received one apology for the inconvenience of having to wait so long. I will say, I do agree with the diagnosis I rece
