I would give 0 stars if I could.. Apt was at 2, they told me to arrive by 1:45 to fill out paperwork. I got there at 1:40, filled out paperwork. Waited over an hour and half, saw a PA Ian who barely spoke about my son’s injury. Never told me his finger was broken, didn’t do anything, said maybe antibiotics, maybe go back to the ER. Never went over the x ray reports with me from the night before hospital visit. Told me if I wanted to pick up antibiotics he would send them in & see how my son felt in the morning. Left it up to me, as if I was the professional. Left, got a text from the office to sign up for the patient portal. I go on, it lists my son’s finger as broken???? But the PA never told me that. Along with a plan of care that he never even mentioned. Immediately go up to CHOP to fin
