If I could give a zero, I would. Watching my wife have to deal with this office over the years has been painful to watch. Incompetent is not even a word that describes the absolute and utter lack of respect for patients by running their from office the way they do. This is not something new, it has went on for many years. Not only can the poor people answering the phones not understand you, they are very clueless on how and why’s. I do not blame them at all, they are working for a living, but whoever is in charge of the office , made the decision to put someone up front to answer phones who can not understand you or you them. Dr. Uzma Syeda is absolutely phenomenal - I am a new patient to the Grapvine Rheumatology and I was extremely impressed by the quality of care I received. The provider Dr. Uzma was punctual and extremely knowledgeable. She listened and really took time to get to understand my needs. This was three visits felt in- person as she served with excellent eye contact. Love it 100% recommend Also, front office in charge was great customer service.

the scheduler is terrible - took 10m to schedule appt - multiple times I kept thinking “is this legit , do I call the correct number” / the scheduler was audibly yawning and very unprofessional / I’m going to cancel!

Dr Syeda went above and beyond to help me. She spent a lot of time with me on my first visit and let me explain all my ailments prescribing me different medications to try and help me. I highly recommend her for her knowledge and professionalism.
