Grandview Physicians Plaza II

Beautiful facility. There is an attached parking lot and everything is in close proximity so not much walking (especially if you’re here for orthopedic procedures). I want to give a special review for a gentleman named Troy who works at outpatient registration. He has been very kind, thoughtful, and patient the entire 5+ hours I have been here and that is to every person who has entered this area. It’s so rare to find helpful staff at hospital check ins and he has gone out of his way to be helpful. Thank you Troy!

Most inefficient hospital I have ever been,appointment for 9am for surgery and didn't have anyone check on me for 3+ hours,I have never waited this long just to get into the operation, absolutely ridiculous either hire more people or open more rooms,it wasn't even busy today,this hospital has too many problems go literally anywhere else

I would like to take a moment to thank all the staff that works at this hospital, especially Dr. William Black and his nurse practitioner Kelli McCornell, for saving my husband's life after a heart attack. My husband was here today for a cardiac MRI....he was very anxious! Jatteria checked him in and she is AWESOME! She calmed his nerves and was very sympathetic to his anxiety. Cliff, from imaging, also spoke with him and helped to calm his anxiousness. Excellent experience!
