Grandview Physicians Plaza

I would give ZERO STARS if I could. I left Grandview Physicians Plaza feeling completely betrayed. I came for an endoscopy that I desperately needed after choking on food so severely that I lost my voice and ended up in the ER. The ER doctor discharged me ONLY because this procedure was scheduled. I did everything right. I called ahead. I explained my situation. I was told clearly that the $329 balance would NOT stop me from getting the procedure. But when I arrived, the billing department blindsided me. First it was “you have to pay half or we’ll cancel.” Then, after I agreed to half, they suddenly changed it to “no, it has to be paid in full.” The lies were nonstop. I found my visit to the physician’s plaza very pleasant. The parking deck is well placed. I had no issue finding the parking deck or getting in and out. I was on a knee scooter at that time and was able to maneuver myself around easily. The building is attractive and very clean. I am not sure why people are complaining about their wait at a doctor’s office inside the plaza. That is an issue in that clinic, not the Physician’s center as a whole. The plaza and parking deck are great. The cost to park is less than most hospitals and clinics also.

Dr. Benjamin Jones is the absolute best. He's patient and explains things until you understand. He saved my life too.

Alabama Oncology and Dr. Jones and his staff are the best! He is so caring and compassionate as well as the nurses in the chemo wing. If you need a hematologist, Dr. Ben Jones is the doctor you need to call!

I went to the dr for a look at a wound on my toe after 4 visits I got a bill of over 18000.00 to which Aetna insurance paid a few hundred .I wish I had know a office visit was surgery when it lasted less then three minutes and a bandage covered it . I still have a wound and a dr bill over several thousand .
