As a family, we truly recommend Grand Valley. The staff was kind, patient, and genuinely cared about our loved one. They took the time to check in, explain things, and made sure our family member felt comfortable and safe. Knowing they were being looked after so well gave us real peace of mind during a difficult time.

If you love your family member please do not allow Them to be sent here This has been the most nightmarish day at the end of my Mom’s 30 days away from Home. My mother was discharged today from Grand Valley healthcare on Sherman Way. After her 10 day hospital stay With sepsis, colitis and a UTI, Kaiser opted to send her for Physical and occupational therapy. She stayed there for 20 days. Through this time I was led to believe she was able to walk. I always came after her PT sessions which now I realize were basically to hold her up With a belt and have her take a Few steps. All this to satisfy them being paid by Medicare. She completed her 20 days and that was that. the transport brought her home and upstairs in a wheelchair and when I put her new walker in front of her to Stand up,

My dad was placed here after a stroke for about 6 weeks. At first I was kind of iffy about the place, the rooms are a little dated and small, but the care was good. I trusted the nurses, cna’s, and physical therapists. Even the receptionist and housekeeping were always welcoming and helpful! They do showers twice a week and have barbers for patients. My dad made a lot of progress being here and I will forever be grateful for them and their kindness. Shout out to Rochelle, Oscar & Rene! <3

As a patient, I received excellent care from start to finish. Nurses are very gentle and patient, and everyone take the time to explain everything in a way I can understand. Facility is clean, and well-organized.Overall I feel safe and supported during my stay. Thank you all !!

This facility is one of the worst to put any family member. I don’t understand how see why they are affiliated with Kaiser. If you have a loved one there take them out the nurses aren’t attentive and the change nurse seem to not care for the complaints of the family members. The staff is just there to get a check is sad to see this happen. When you trust this people with your loved ones lives.
